Accountabilities: The Senior Software Engineer, iOS will play a key role in developing and evolving mobile applications while contributing to technical direction, engineering quality, and platform scalability. The role requires strong ownership, collaboration, and a commitment to delivering exceptional user experiences.

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications that provide reliable and engaging experiences for a large user base.

• Build scalable, modular, and maintainable iOS codebases using modern development practices and architecture principles.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to define, implement, and launch new features from concept through delivery.

• Establish and promote iOS engineering best practices, including clean architecture, dependency injection, efficient UI rendering, and maintainable code structures.

• Monitor application performance, stability, and crash analytics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Stay current with iOS platform updates, ecosystem changes, and emerging mobile technologies to ensure the team remains technically competitive.

• Contribute to technical discussions, architecture decisions, and improvements across the mobile engineering ecosystem.

• Support a culture of collaboration, innovation, knowledge sharing, and engineering excellence.

• Participate in code reviews, testing practices, and quality initiatives to ensure robust and sustainable software delivery.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has strong iOS development experience, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams. They should be passionate about creating high-quality mobile products and continuously improving engineering practices.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent combination of education, experience, and technical training.

• 3+ years of professional experience building and shipping iOS applications.

• Strong proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI development principles.

• Experience with iOS architecture patterns such as MVVM and modern application design approaches.

• Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software design patterns.

• Experience integrating RESTful APIs, managing application state, and implementing data persistence solutions.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing frameworks such as XCUITest, and mobile release processes is an asset.

• Strong commitment to code quality, including clean coding practices, unit testing, and peer reviews.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when working with product, design, and engineering stakeholders.

• User-focused mindset with the ability to translate product requirements into intuitive and effective mobile experiences.
