Full description
•To lead and manage strategic programs & projects pertaining to strategy management, business excellence, technology implementation, by collaborating with various Functions and Business Units in KGS and onshore member firms. The candidate should be able to successfully deliver complex high-impact projects that deliver tangible benefits to stakeholders.
•To design departmental and functional strategy, as well as develop Balanced Scorecards and Key Performance Indicators, the candidate should be able to leverage Business Excellence frameworks including EFQM and Deming.
•To analyze and interpret business data and turn them into meaningful and actionable insights, that can offer ways to optimize costs in KGS, thus positively affecting business results. The candidate should be well versed in collection and interpretation of business data, analyze results, identify patterns and trends in data sets, and present the findings to senior stakeholders in KGS.
•To develop and execute strategic plans to generate new business / clients in KPMG member firms, that would expand the Transition team’s delivery footprint in India and overseas.
