Note: This position will follow our hybrid work model, we expect the selected candidate to be in the office 3 days a week at the St. Petersburg, FL Corporate Office location.

Job Description
We are seeking an experienced analyst to join the Market Data Services team to support the market data needs of our Wealth Management line of business.
You will work closely with Financial Advisors and associated teams providing support, analysis, advice, and guidance as it relates to Market Data and available tools, capabilities and services.
Responsibilities include:
- Provide advice and analysis on all Market Data products & services.
- Customer focused, able to assist and guide Raymond James users with issues, questions and advice regarding Market Data applications.
- Understand functionality and uses of data and products and relay information clearly and effectively.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our Market Data vendors and exchanges.
- Understand and interpret business requirements.
- Assist in monitoring and supporting the day to day activities for the request of any new or existing services and applications.
- Match best product to user needs.
- Evaluate vendor and product offerings.
- Use problem solving skills to deliver and implement solutions appropriately.
- Assist with Market Data administration & process management.
- Provide relevant reports to lines of business or teams as required.
- Effectively interact with stakeholders, operations and technology teams.
- Maintain & update existing, and create new process documentation when required.
- Assist with project functions during rollouts, upgrades, acquisitions etc.
- Monitor & participate in external Market Data groups to maintain knowledge of the industry.
Skills/Experience:
- Ideally two (2) to three (3) years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge of and experience in the Wealth Management space and functions performed by a Financial Advisor is highly preferred.
- Experience working with Market Data vendors and tools is preferred.
- Exceptional customer and business support skills required.
- Self-motivated, resourceful and proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to work in deadline oriented environment.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills, ability to effectively communicate at all business levels.
- Proficient using the Microsoft Office suite.
- Project management experience is beneficial.
