This is a 12 month FTC.
Join our Product Design team and help shape the experiences that bring new customers to NewDay. As a Product Designer, you'll lead the design of intuitive acquisition journeys while contributing to strategic growth initiatives, including new partner onboarding and future acquisition projects. Working within a cross-functional squad, you'll own the design process from discovery and prototyping through to launch and optimisation, creating experiences that deliver value for both customers and the business.
How you’ll contribute
- Design and optimise digital acquisition journeys, creating intuitive experiences that help customers move forward with credit.
- Lead design activity from discovery and research through to prototyping, testing, launch and continuous improvement.
- Use customer insight, behavioural data and research findings to identify opportunities and improve user experiences.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Developers, Analysts and stakeholders to deliver customer-centred solutions across multiple brands and partners.
- Contribute to new partner propositions, pitch work and strategic growth initiatives.
- Measure outcomes and continuously iterate journeys and experiences to improve customer and business performance.
We're looking for these essential skills
- Significant Product Design experience with strong end-to-end UX, UI and Service Design capability.
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and experience using design and research tools.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with confidence presenting to senior audiences.
- Experience working collaboratively within cross-functional Agile teams.
- A self-motivated and autonomous approach, with the ability to manage priorities and deliver with minimal supervision.
- A passion for creating intuitive digital experiences that balance customer needs with business objectives.
It’s a plus if you also have these skills
- Experience with UserZoom, Jira and FigJam.
- Experience designing acquisition, onboarding or application journeys.
- Financial services, retail or digital product experience.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards, Service Design or Enterprise UX.
