Job Description
The NOV Time Business Support Analyst is responsible for ensuring that end user groups of the UKG Pro Workforce Management Timekeeping system (Internally referenced as NOV Time), utilize the system correctly and in adherence to the applicable Global and Country functional rules on an ongoing basis.
The role will provide tier 1 functional end user support with timekeeping period closures as per country calendars, resolving systems functional issues (non-technical) that will delay the successful sign off for the pay period for payroll handling and escalating any technical issues to the technical support groups as necessary.
The role is accountable for onboarding and supporting the functional tasks required from the system user groups, such as Managers, Employees, Powers Users & HR to ensure the system is being used correctly and consistently. This will involve creation, update and assignment of training, onboarding materials, communications and user management auditing, to ensure end users are performing their tasks in adherence with policy and procedure.
The NOV Time Business Support Analyst will conduct monthly audit activities to ensure timekeeping entries are as required, providing local follow up actions as necessary to address missing items or incorrect utilization as identified. A continuous improvement approach will ensure audit outcomes drive future actions regarding training and communications to mitigate identified issues.
The role will work closely with the NOV Time Configuration Team members keeping up to date with systems configuration rules, functional upgrades, new country roll outs and change management, so these can be integrated into the functional end user support activities that the Business Support Analyst provides.
