  • Job Title: DevOps Engineer
  • Job Type: 6–month contract
  • Location: North Hampton, NH (local candidates preferred)
  • Engagement Type Contract
  • Rate: $45-$50/hr on W2
  • Work Authorization USC and GC preferred; other visa candidates considered if strong communicators

ROLE OVERVIEW Unitil has been incrementally building DevOps practices into its operations over several years but has not had a dedicated DevOps resource to help prioritize and drive that work forward. This role will own that effort. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Design, develop, and test YAML pipelines on the Azure DevOps platform for various Microsoft application platforms (.NET Framework, .NET Core, etc.)
  • Integrate Unitil's newly acquired security platform, Snyk, into the build/deploy process
  • Establish best practices and procedures for DevSecOps to standardize operations

REQUIREMENTS / MUST-HAVES

  • Hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps (YAML)
  • Experience with .NET application platforms (.NET Framework and/or .NET Core)
  • DevSecOps experience, ideally including security tooling such as Snyk
  • Strong communication skills, especially for non-USC/GC candidates
