Full description
Experience Without Limits Come shape the future of brand experience.
At Jack Morton, we design and build head-turning, smile-inducing, impact-driving brand experiences that redefine what experiential marketing can achieve. We help our clients unlock the full value of experiences by turning bold ideas into meaningful connections.
That takes a team that's bold, curious, and acts as one. We build on each other's ideas, challenge conventions, and show up for one another every day. Here, you'll do your best work, grow quickly, and partner across clients, disciplines, and global teams to bring new ideas to life.
This is a place where curiosity drives what’s next, boldness raises the bar, and every win is shared. Where ownership is expected, egos are left at the door, and the work reflects the passion and talent of the people behind it.
Experience without limits—in your work, your growth, and your impact.
Lead the projects. Own the details. Bring extraordinary experiences to life.
Some projects live in a spreadsheet. Ours live on the show floor.
Jack Morton is looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager – Experiential & Exhibit Fabrication
to lead complex fabrication, tradeshow, exhibition, and experiential projects from the first client conversation through fabrication, installation, show execution, and final reconciliation.
This is a high-impact role for a project leader who knows how to turn ambitious creative concepts into real-world experiences—balancing scope, budgets, schedules, vendors, production teams, and clients while keeping everything moving toward opening day.
You'll be the person connecting the dots between creative vision and physical execution.
When the design is ambitious, the timeline is tight, and there are a hundred moving pieces, you're the person who knows how to make it happen.
What You'll Own
You'll have end-to-end ownership of major programs, working across design, fabrication, logistics, installation, and live event execution.
- Lead projects from client intake and initial planning through design, fabrication, installation, show-site execution, and closeout
- Build and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables
- Translate project objectives into clear action plans for internal teams and external partners
- Keep scope, timelines, quality, and client expectations aligned throughout the project
- Anticipate what's coming next and keep teams ahead of critical deadlines
- Serve as the operational leader who keeps the project moving when priorities change
Be the person everyone can count on
You'll work across the organization and become a trusted operational partner to clients and internal teams.
You'll collaborate with:
- Client Services & Account Management
- Creative & Design
- Fabrication & Production
- Operations
- Logistics
- Finance
- Vendors and contractors
- Show service providers
- Installation & dismantle teams
You'll communicate timelines, decisions, risks, changes, and expectations clearly, especially when things get complicated.
What You'll Bring
We're looking for a senior project leader from the world of experiential, exhibits, fabrication, or live events not simply someone with a generic project management background.
You have:
- 10+ years of project management experience in tradeshow, exhibit, experiential marketing, event production, fabrication, or a closely related industry
- A proven track record managing large, complex projects from concept through completion
- Deep understanding of fabrication, production, installation, logistics, and live-event execution
- Strong budget management, forecasting, cost tracking, and reconciliation skills
- Experience managing vendors, contractors, transportation, and show-service partners
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and production specifications
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder-management skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- The ability to manage multiple priorities without losing sight of the details
- A proactive mindset and the confidence to make decisions under pressure
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
You'll stand out if you have experience with:
- Custom exhibit fabrication
- Experiential marketing
- Branded environments
- Trade shows and exhibitions
- Corporate events
- Large-scale live events
- Installation & dismantle
- Scenic fabrication
- Complex logistics and transportation
- Multi-vendor production environments
The Tools You'll Use
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Project management software
- ERP/business systems such as Microsoft Dynamics or similar platforms
- Budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and financial tracking tools
This Role Gets You Out of the Ordinary
You'll work on projects where the finished product isn't just delivered, it gets experienced.
You'll see your projects move from drawings and budgets to fabrication shops, loading docks, convention centers, and ultimately thousands of people walking through something your team helped create.
Ready to lead what's next?
Bring your experience. Bring your problem-solving instincts. Bring your ability to make complicated things happen.
Let's build something people remember.
