Job Description:
Tätigkeiten
- Durchführung projektbezogener Qualitäts- und Produktsicherungsaufgaben über den gesamten Produktlebenszyklus
- Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsanforderungen sowie relevanter Normen, Richtlinien und Kundenvorgaben
- Systematische Analyse, Bearbeitung und Nachverfolgung von Problem- und Fehlerfällen in Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekten
- Koordination und Moderation von Ursachenanalysen sowie Ableitung, Umsetzung und Verfolgung von Korrektur- und Vorbeugemaßnahmen
- Planung, Durchführung und Moderation von Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA) sowie Verfolgung der daraus abgeleiteten Maßnahmen
- Planung und Durchführung präventiver Qualitätsmethoden (z. B. FMEA) für Raumfahrtprodukte bezogen auf Fertigungsprozesse und Technologien sowie Nachverfolgung der daraus abgeleiteten Maßnahmen
- Unterstützung von Projektteams bei qualitäts- und produktsicherungsrelevanten Fragestellungen
- Mitwirkung bei internen und externen Audits sowie Reviews
- Überwachung der Einhaltung definierter Qualitätsprozesse und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Product-Assurance-Methoden
Qualifikation
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium der Luft und Raumfahrttechnik, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Physik oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erfahrung im Bereich Product Assurance, Quality Assurance oder Qualitätsmanagement
- Kenntnisse und praktische Erfahrung in der Durchführung und Moderation von Failure Mode and Effects Analyses (FMEA)
- Erfahrung im Umgang mit Methoden der Fehleranalyse und Problemlösung (z. B. 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, Root Cause Analysis)
- Erfahrung im Projektmanagement sowie in der Zusammenarbeit mit interdisziplinären Teams sind von Vorteil
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Durchsetzungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
