AAA Oregon/Idaho is looking for a skilled Network Administrator to join our IT team at our administrative headquarters in downtown Portland!

The Network Administrator supports, maintains and monitors IT network infrastructure with critical reliability and maximum uptime. They are responsible for support and maintenance of existing DMZ, LAN, WAN, VLAN Trunking, VPN, Firewalls, Switches and Routers. They will also assist with desktop support as needed.

*Please note: This position is based out of our Downtown Portland Administrative Headquarters. We cannot accommodate out of state employment at this time and we do not provide relocation assistance.

Desired Skills

  • 3+ years of supporting, maintaining and configuring DMZ, LAN, WAN, VLAN Trunking, VPN, Firewalls, Switches and routers.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Professional desktops, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365.
  • Experience with Palo Alto, and FortiGate firewalls preferred.
  • Experience with Cisco preferred.
  • Strong customer service, organizational and documentation skills required.
