YOUR ROLE
We are looking for an Infrastructure System Administrator to join our IT team. We seek a professional with strong technical skills, a problem-solving mindset, and experience administering hybrid environments, ensuring the availability, security, and performance of the organization's technology infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and monitor Windows and/or Linux servers.
- Manage virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent).
- Implement and maintain backup and recovery solutions.
- Monitor system availability, performance, and capacity.
- Manage network infrastructure, storage, and critical services.
- Support migration, upgrade, and technology modernization projects.
- Ensure the implementation of security and compliance policies.
- Resolve incidents and perform root cause analysis.
- Produce and maintain up-to-date technical documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors.
YOUR PROFILE
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration.
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents.
- Good knowledge of technical English.
NICE TO HAVE
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages.
- Experience with monitoring tools.
- Microsoft, VMware, or equivalent certifications.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and system hardening.
