Full description

Merge is the leading provider of agentic tools and customer-facing integrations for frontier LLMs, Fortune 500 organizations, and B2B SaaS companies. Our platform offers three core products: Merge Unified, which enables businesses to add hundreds of integrations to their products with a single API, Merge Agent Handler, which empowers AI agents with secure access to thousands of third-party tools, and Merge Gateway, the control plane for running AI in production. Merge's enterprise-grade platform handles the entire integration lifecycle, from authentication and security to monitoring and maintenance. Thousands of companies trust Merge to accelerate product development, unblock sales, reduce customer churn, and save engineering resources—allowing them to focus on their core product.

Merge is looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to help enterprise organizations understand, evaluate, and adopt our platform. You’ll connect our integration and AI capabilities to business outcomes, build a compelling case for executive buyers, and earn the trust of technical teams.

You bring strong enterprise marketing judgment, hands-on AI experience, and developer fluency. You’re comfortable exploring an API or building a demo, and translating what you learn into a story that resonates with both practitioners and executives.

  • Lead product launches with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing to drive pipeline, adoption, and expansion.
  • Build content that helps buyers decide: executive presentations, customer stories, solution briefs, demos, and technical proof points.
  • Equip customer-facing teams to win with competitive insights, pitch decks, and training. Help champions navigate buying committees, security reviews, and technical evaluations.
  • Bring customer and market insights into our strategy. Use customer conversations, win/loss analysis, and developments in AI and developer tools to sharpen positioning and inform Product.
  • Use AI to improve execution across research, content, and prototyping, and measure your impact on pipeline and adoption.

What experience is required?

  • 5+ years in product marketing, with experience bringing enterprise software, AI, infrastructure, API, or developer tools products to market.
  • Enterprise buying expertise. You understand complex sales cycles and can connect business value with the needs of executives, engineering, IT, and security.
  • Strong storytelling and execution. You’ve built differentiated positioning, led launches, and created content and enablement that help teams win.
  • Hands-on AI and technical fluency. You use AI assistants and coding tools regularly, can work with API documentation and SDKs to build a demo, and understand how developers evaluate products.
  • Understanding of enterprise AI. You can explain models, agents, integrations, data access, and permissions—and what they mean for enterprise adoption.
  • Active engagement with the AI industry. You’re active on X, follow AI and developer tools closely, and turn emerging trends into useful market perspectives.
  • Clear communication and strong ownership. You can present to executives and developers, collaborate across teams, and take work from strategy through delivery.
