About The Role

The Product Integration Analyst independently supports the design and delivery of standard-to-moderately complex integrations between the Magnit IO Integration Platform, the VMS application, and customer or partner systems. The role leads assigned discovery activities, translates business needs into clear solution requirements, configures integrations, coordinates validation and user acceptance testing, and supports transition to Program Management and Support. The analyst applies established integration patterns and product capabilities to create reliable, scalable customer solutions while contributing to continuous improvement of team practices.

What You Will Do

· Lead requirements discovery and integration design sessions for assigned workstreams.

· Analyze customer and partner needs and translate them into business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, data mappings, and acceptance criteria.

· Recommend solutions that align with Magnit platform capabilities, productized integration patterns, and implementation best practices.

· Configure and validate standard and moderately complex integrations within the Magnit IO Platform.

· Coordinate end-to-end testing and UAT; investigate defects and partner with Engineering and Quality Assurance through resolution.

· Review functional specification documents for completeness, traceability, and accurate representation of business requirements.

· Analyze operational support tickets, resolve issues within scope, and determine when escalation is required.

· Consult internal and external stakeholders on Magnit Company VMS and IO Platform capabilities.

· Identify recurring customer needs and recommend process, documentation, configuration, or product improvements.

· Support Sales and implementation teams with accurate information regarding integration offerings and capabilities.

· Transition completed solutions and relevant knowledge to Program Management and Support teams.

· Independently delivers standard and moderately complex integrations within established practices.

· Exercises judgment in solution design and issue resolution, consulting senior team members on high-risk or nonstandard matters.

Preferred Qualifications

· 2-4 years of relevant experience, including business requirements, SaaS implementation, systems analysis, or integration delivery.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.

· 2+ years of experience in software business requirements, SaaS implementation, systems analysis, integration delivery, or a related discipline.

· Working knowledge of application development and implementation lifecycles, testing practices, and integration patterns.

· Experience with APIs, SOAP or REST web services, SFTP or other transfer protocols, and structured data formats such as XML and JSON.

· Ability to analyze data using SQL or comparable tools is preferred.

· Experience in the non-employee workforce or VMS industry preferred.

· Strong analytical, problem-solving, facilitation, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.

· Working knowledge of PII, data privacy, and secure data-handling requirements.

Compensation: Salary range is $90,000 - $100,000 USD annually.

Salary rates are based on experience, skills, and geographical location.
