Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Governance
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of website revamps, enhancements, and maintenance initiatives.
- Manage project schedules, scope, milestones, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.
- Drive Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and release management.
- Operations & Service Management
- Oversee Level 2 and Level 3 application support operations.
- Manage incident response, problem management, and service requests within agreed SLAs.
- Ensure system availability, reliability, and operational stability.
Stakeholder & Change Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for business and technical stakeholders.
- Manage change requests and prioritize enhancement initiatives.
- Ensure effective communication across project teams and business users.
- Governance & Reporting
- Monitor project progress, KPIs, risks, and compliance requirements.
- Prepare management reports, project dashboards, and executive updates.
- Ensure compliance with Government Digital Service Standards (DSS), security requirements, and project governance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related discipline.
- Proven experience managing large-scale digital or web development projects.
- Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and project delivery methodologies.
- Experience managing application maintenance and support (AMS) environments.
- Familiarity with JIRA, Confluence, and modern project management tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification is an advantage.
