As we continue to expand, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Tester within the Web Development team, to support the strategic development, maintenance, and optimization of all marketing platforms and tools.
Your role at HFM:
- Develop and execute
comprehensive test plans and test cases to ensure that web applications meet specified requirements and quality standards.
- Identify, document, and
track software defects using bug tracking tools, collaborating with developers to resolve issues promptly.
- Perform thorough testing
across various browsers and devices to ensure compatibility and a consistent user experience.
- Assess the usability and
visual aspects of web applications such as User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Validation to ensure they align with design specifications and provide an optimal user experience.
- Basic understanding of
automated testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience working in
Agile/Scrum development environments.
Requirements
What You Bring:
- BA/BSc in Information Technology, or a related
field.
- 2+ years’ experience in manual testing of web applications,
with a strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test management and bug tracking
tools (e.g., JIRA).
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS,
and JavaScript.
- Excellent attention to detail, with strong
analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills,
with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team
environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Willingness to stay updated with emerging
technologies and industry trends.
