Requirements

We are looking for highly skilled Gen AI Engineers with strong Python development expertise to design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade AI solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building Agentic AI applications, implementing RAG architectures, working with LLMs, and developing scalable AI-powered applications using modern orchestration frameworks.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI initiatives involving autonomous agents, enterprise AI platforms, and next-generation Generative AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and enhance enterprise AI and Generative AI solutions using Python.
  • Build intelligent Agentic AI applications capable of autonomous task execution.
  • Design and implement agent workflows, orchestration patterns, and multi-agent architectures.
  • Develop effective prompts, system instructions, and agent interaction strategies.
  • Build AI applications using Python ADKs and modern AI development frameworks.
  • Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions for context-aware AI applications.
  • Integrate AI agents using Model Context Protocol (MCP) and tool-calling frameworks.
  • Utilize LangGraph or similar graph-based orchestration frameworks for workflow automation.
  • Manage experiment tracking and model lifecycle using MLflow or equivalent tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams to translate business requirements into AI-enabled solutions.
  • Optimize, debug, test, and deploy scalable AI applications for enterprise environments.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions and AI solution design.

Required Skills

Mandatory Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience in Python Development
  • Excellent understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Generative AI
  • Experience designing and building Agentic AI Solutions
  • Hands-on experience with Python ADK or similar agent development frameworks
  • Strong knowledge of Prompt Engineering
  • Experience defining agent behaviors, instructions, and interaction patterns
  • Experience implementing Agentic Workflows and orchestration frameworks
  • Working knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP)
  • Experience implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
  • Hands-on experience with MLflow or similar ML lifecycle management tools
  • Experience using LangGraph or graph-based orchestration frameworks
  • Strong debugging and problem-solving skills
  • Experience working in Agile development environments
