Accountabilities: As a Business Analyst focused on reporting and data solutions, you will bridge business requirements with technical execution by designing data structures, reporting processes, and AI-enabled workflows. You will analyze complex datasets, identify patterns, and create solutions that improve operational visibility.

• Analyze incoming datasets and determine effective ways to categorize, structure, and organize information for reporting purposes.

• Build and optimize data pipelines using LLM-powered tools and AI-assisted development approaches.

• Design and contribute to semantic layer development, ensuring data is accurately modeled and easily accessible for analysis.

• Use AI tools such as Claude and other LLM-based platforms to accelerate development and improve data workflows.

• Support the creation of reporting frameworks and dashboards that translate complex information into actionable insights.

• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective data solutions.

• Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for process improvement within reporting systems.

• Apply analytical thinking to improve data quality, accessibility, and usability.

• Work with ticketing and live event datasets to support reporting needs when applicable.

• Communicate findings, recommendations, and technical concepts clearly to diverse stakeholders.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate combines strong analytical abilities, excellent communication skills, and experience working with data, reporting, and AI-enabled development tools. You should be comfortable working with evolving requirements and building practical solutions from complex information sources.

• Experience as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Reporting Analyst, or similar role focused on data-driven solutions.

• Strong experience with data discovery, categorization, and structuring complex datasets.

• Hands-on experience using LLM tools for development, automation, or data workflow creation.

• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools such as Claude, Genie Builder, or similar platforms.

• Experience designing or contributing to data pipelines and semantic layer development.

• Strong understanding of data modeling concepts and reporting structures.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams.

• Ability to analyze ambiguous requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

• Experience working with ticketing systems, event data, or live event reporting is a plus.

• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while managing priorities effectively.
