Job Description

Mandatory Skills:

Java 8+, Backend Unit Testing (JUnit), Data Structure, Microservices + REST APIs, Multithreading & Concurrency, OOPS Concepts, JPA, Hibernate, Kafka, Git Hub, Spring Boot + Spring Security (JWT)

Additional Skills:

AWS S3 + Amazon RDS + DynamoDB, Lambda + Auto Scaling + Load Balancing, Amazon API Gateway, Containers & Orchestration(Docker Fundamentals), Containers & Kubernetes (Google Kubernetes Engine - GKE)

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable enterprise applications using Core Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture.

• Define API contracts, service boundaries, and integration strategies for distributed and enterprise-grade systems.

• Develop reusable backend components and enterprise services following clean architecture and secure coding practices.

• Optimize application performance through caching, asynchronous processing, database tuning, and JVM optimization.

• Own end-to-end delivery of assigned modules including design, development, testing support, and deployment readiness.

• Conduct code reviews ensuring adherence to coding standards, security guidelines, and engineering best practices.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.

• Design event-driven architectures and asynchronous communication mechanisms to improve system scalability and resilience.

• Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines, logging, monitoring, and deployment automation to improve operational efficiency.

• Troubleshoot production issues and performance bottlenecks by performing detailed root cause analysis and implementing sustainable fixes.

• Mentor junior developers on coding standards, debugging techniques, and modern Java development practices.
