Overview

We are looking for a talented and driven Python Developer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges and building high-impact software solutions used by organizations around the world. In this role, you'll work on enterprise-grade applications serving clients across industries such as Banking, Telecommunications, Advertising, and Manufacturing. You'll be part of a collaborative team of skilled engineers, contributing to every stage of the development lifecycle—from architecture and implementation to deployment and optimization.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain enterprise-ready software solutions for international clients across diverse industries.
  • Build scalable applications from concept to production, taking ownership throughout the full software development lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and backend services using Python-based technologies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, user-centric solutions.
  • Contribute to architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical decision-making.
  • Optimize application performance, database queries, and overall system efficiency.
  • Develop automation tools, engineering productivity solutions, and developer-focused frameworks.
  • Work with containerized environments and modern deployment practices.
  • Ensure code quality through testing, continuous integration, and best development practices.
  • Embrace Agile principles and actively participate in Agile ceremonies and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience with Python and web frameworks such as Django (or similar Python frameworks).
  • Proven experience designing and implementing REST APIs.
  • Experience building developer tools, automation frameworks, or engineering productivity solutions.
  • Ability to understand, maintain, and enhance large, complex codebases.
  • Experience with software packaging, dependency management, build systems, and automation processes.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and GitLab workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Docker and containerized application development.
  • Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux environments.
  • Proven experience across the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support.
  • Experience with code optimization, SQL query tuning, and application profiling.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with modern frontend frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js, or similar).
  • Familiarity with messaging and IoT protocols such as MQTT, CoAP, and AMQP.
  • Experience working with cloud-native architectures and distributed systems.
  • Knowledge of microservices-based application design.
