Key Responsibilities: Act as a functional bridge between clients and internal teams during customer onboarding and post-implementation phases. Perform data analysis and validation using Excel or similar tools. Participate in client calls to understand requirements, gather feedback, and ensure smooth adoption of the product. Provide first-level product support for newly onboarded customers during the initial 3 months (handholding phase). Create and maintain functional and technical documentation, process flow diagrams, and requirement specifications. Work closely with the product and tech teams to translate business needs into technical requirements. Write and execute basic scripts (e.g., SQL, Python, or shell) for data extraction, transformation, or validation. Identify and escalate recurring issues, suggest process improvements, and support release testing as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong understanding of business analysis principles and software product workflows. Hands-on experience with Excel data analysis, including lookups, pivots, and formula-based validation. Basic scripting knowledge (SQL / Python / Shell / or equivalent).•
Excellent communication and documentation skills; ability to handle client- facing interactions confidently. Exposure to product onboarding, support, or implementation in SaaS / HR / ERP domains is an advantage. Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, client- driven environment.
