This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Staff Product Manager based in the United States.

This is a high-impact senior individual contributor role responsible for shaping strategy and execution across a critical portfolio of interconnected products and platforms. You will operate at the intersection of technology, clinical care, and growth, influencing how people engage with and navigate care. The role offers broad ownership, significant autonomy, and the opportunity to drive enterprise-level product decisions. You will establish clear product direction, define success metrics, and guide investment and prioritization across multiple teams. Success will require strong product judgment, technical fluency, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders across complex environments. This is a fully remote opportunity, with preference for candidates aligned with the Eastern Time Zone for close collaboration with core teams.

Accountabilities

  • Define and lead the strategy, vision, and roadmap for a portfolio of interconnected products, platforms, and shared systems.
  • Own end-to-end product outcomes, including adoption, performance, reliability, business impact, and effectiveness across internal systems and external vendor partnerships.
  • Establish and operationalize a robust metrics framework to measure product performance, engagement, outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Lead build-versus-buy-versus-partner decisions, balancing speed to market, cost, scalability, reliability, and long-term strategic value.
  • Partner closely with Engineering on architecture, integration, platform, and reliability decisions while ensuring alignment with business and clinical priorities.
  • Design member-centric experiences, including conversational and interaction flows that help individuals navigate to the appropriate care at the right time.
  • Influence cross-functional strategy and investment decisions across Product, Clinical Operations, Growth, IT, Engineering, and external partners.
  • Shape prioritization and execution across adjacent teams, extending product leadership beyond direct areas of ownership.
  • Establish governance, documentation, compliance, and operational standards that enable scalable product delivery within a regulated environment.
  • Use data, experimentation, and actionable insights to improve engagement, care navigation, clinical outcomes, and operational efficiency.
  • Mentor product managers and contribute to stronger product practices, standards, and decision-making across the organization.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of product management experience, including ownership of platforms, infrastructure, shared systems, or complex products at scale.
  • Experience operating at a Staff, Principal, or equivalent senior individual contributor level.
  • Proven ability to define and execute portfolio-level product strategy across complex, interconnected systems.
  • Strong track record of data-driven product decision-making, including defining, implementing, and managing meaningful performance metrics.
  • Experience designing conversational, AI-enabled, or interaction-driven experiences across channels such as chat, voice, or messaging.
  • Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders and build alignment across Product, Engineering, Clinical, Operations, Growth, and other cross-functional teams.
  • Technical fluency and the ability to engage effectively in architecture, integration, platform, scalability, and reliability discussions.
  • Demonstrated ability to elevate product management practices through mentorship, standards, frameworks, and best practices.
  • Experience in healthcare, behavioral health, or another regulated and mission-critical environment is preferred.
  • Familiarity with automation, messaging platforms, AI-enabled product strategies, or technology-driven service models is advantageous.
  • Experience bringing capabilities in-house or rebuilding critical systems previously supported by vendors is a plus.
  • Experience contributing to the growth of product organizations through hiring, coaching, leveling, or organizational development is desirable.
  • Strong strategic thinking, communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Candidates must be able to work consistently with teams operating primarily in the Eastern Time Zone.
  • This position is not available to residents of Alaska, Arkansas, California, Hawaii, Idaho, Maryland, Nebraska, South Dakota, Utah, or Wyoming.
