Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced data analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical, reporting, and program management skills to oversee and manage projects across various Benefits COE functions. This pivotal role will oversee Benefits data governance initiatives, ensure the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of critical data assets, and partner with cross-functional teams to maintain a high standard of data quality across internal/external systems.

Main responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies, plans, and processes to optimize system performance and efficiency and ensure high-quality service and product delivery
  • Lead cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define project scope, identify vendor needs and requirements, and establish project timelines.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
  • Use statistical methods to collect and analyze large datasets to identify patterns, discrepancies, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Present findings to stakeholders and senior leaders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Monitor and audit data across internal/external systems to ensure accuracy, completeness and consistency.
  • Drive root cause analysis and remediation plans for data anomalies and inconsistencies.

We are looking for candidates who possess the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 7 plus years of experience in project management, with a focus on data management, reporting, and program management. With at least 3 years in data integrity or governance role
  • Experience with Oracle/PeopleSoft, including the ability to build and run queries. Data visualization skills including familiarity with tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools
  • Deep understanding of data lifecycle, data architecture, and metadata management.
  • Exceptional project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a focus on fostering collaboration and achieving results.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
