Role Overview
Mission
Make our offers and proposals irresistible to read, with clean visual hierarchy, persuasive flow, and consulting-grade design that makes the storyline land. As we build the AI-first operating system, you also shape how the visual layer works across every Data and AI offering the system produces.
What you'll do
- Own the visual quality bar: layout systems, typography, charts, diagrams, iconography, and slide rhythm.
- Convert rough content into polished decks while improving clarity, not just making it pretty.
- Create and maintain a scalable slide system: templates, components, libraries, and reusable visuals.
- Build custom visuals: operating models, architectures, process flows, value trees, roadmaps, and infographics.
- Help shape the design language and templates baked into the operating system, so every offer it generates comes out visually consistent and on-brand.
- Contribute to the UI and UX of the operating system itself where needed, so the people building offers have a clean and intuitive experience.
- Coach others on slidecraft and create the how we build decks standards.
Requirements (must-haves)
- Exceptional PowerPoint and Slides craft. You can build decks fast without quality collapsing.
- Strong visual communication background. A design or arts background is a strong plus, your call to mention it explicitly.
- Consulting-style storytelling instincts. You understand executive expectations and persuasion mechanics.
- Some UI and UX sensibility, or a willingness to grow into it, since part of the work touches the product itself.
- Portfolio requirement (hard gate): submit 1 to 2 decks you built yourself, and include at least 10 slides that show custom visuals such as diagrams and infographics, not just template layouts.
AI / Data expectations
- Does not need to be the deepest AI expert, but must understand Data and AI enough to visualize it accurately.
- GenAI familiarity is a plus, so visuals do not misrepresent the tech.
Behavior & social requirements
- Takes feedback without ego and can defend design choices with reasons.
- Reliable delivery under time pressure.
- Collaborative. Partners tightly with the content and engineering leads, with no design silo.
