Summary

We are looking for a Network Operations Engineer with strong expertise in enterprise network operations and a passion for modern networking technologies. The ideal candidate will support enterprise LAN/WAN, Data Center, Cloud, and Security environments while leveraging AI-assisted operations (AIOps), network automation, cloud networking, and intelligent observability to improve service reliability, operational efficiency, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor, configure, troubleshoot, and support enterprise Cisco Routing & Switching, Wireless, F5 Load Balancers Perform incident management, root cause analysis, patching, upgrades, and operational support for enterprise networks. Support Cisco SD-WAN,Fortinate SDWAN, Hybrid Cloud (Azure/AWS), and secure remote connectivity solutions. Support AI-ready infrastructure connectivity for Microsoft Copilot, enterprise AI platforms, and cloud-based AI services. Automate operational tasks using Python, Ansible, REST APIs, and scripting tools to improve operational efficiency. Collaborate with global Network, Cloud, Security, and Infrastructure teams to deliver reliable and secure network services.

Education & Experience

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, Telecommunications, or equivalent. 5+ years of experience in Enterprise Network Operations, Security, Cloud Networking, or Data Center environments. CCNA/CCNP, Azure Networking, Microsoft Copilot, or equivalent certifications are preferred.
