We are looking for a Junior Product Manager with a strong Business Analysis background and an AI-first mindset to help shape innovative product experiences. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, analytical, and passionate about digital products, social media trends, marketing technology, and emerging AI tools.

As a Junior Product Manager, you will work closely with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to transform ideas into actionable product initiatives. You will analyze customer behavior, gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and leverage AI-powered tools to accelerate research, documentation, and decision-making. Key Responsibilities• Monitor social media, marketing technology, and digital product trends to identify new opportunities and innovative product ideas.

  • Gather business and customer requirements through stakeholder discussions and convert them into clear user stories and functional requirements.
  • Analyze product usage data, customer feedback, and business metrics to identify improvement opportunities and support product decisions.
  • Utilize AI tools to streamline research, documentation, competitive analysis, reporting, and product workflows.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
  • Support product planning by maintaining documentation, prioritizing requirements, and tracking feature progress.
  • Prepare concise reports, dashboards, and presentations that communicate product insights and recommendations to leadership.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for enhancing user experience and product adoption.
  • Assist in validating new features through customer feedback, market research, and data-driven analysis.
  • Continuously explore new technologies, AI capabilities, and industry best practices to improve product development processes.

What Makes You a Great Fit• 6–12 months of experience in Business Analysis, Product Support, or a related analytical role.

  • Strong understanding of requirement gathering, user story creation, and business process analysis.
  • Familiarity with MarTech, AdTech, digital products, or SaaS platforms is preferred.
