At CI&T, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior React Developer to join bour team in Brazil. You will contribute to an innovative project in a collaborative, transforming, and multicultural environment.

Position Overview

As a Senior React Developer, you will lead the design and development of dynamic web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure high-quality deliverables that meet client expectations while embracing the latest advancements in AI technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.

• Collaborate with the team to design and implement user-facing features.

• Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.

• Communicate proficiently in English and lead effectively in a collaborative team environment.

Must-have Skills

• Solid React and Javascript experience

• Advanced English proficiency

Essential Technical Skills

• React & JavaScript: Proficiency in React 18 with functional components, hooks, and modern ES6+ JavaScript for building single-page applications.

• State Management: Experience with Redux and state management patterns for complex applications.

• Styling: CSS/SCSS and modern styling approaches.

• API Integration: Experience with GraphQL for data fetching and integration.

• Testing: Experience with unit testing frameworks (Vitest/Jest) and component testing practices.

• Build Tools: Familiarity with modern build tools (Vite, npm) and development workflows.

General Skills

• Clear and Effective Communication in English: Ability to convey information concisely and understandably, facilitating team collaboration and understanding with stakeholders.

• Proactivity and Autonomy: Ability to take the initiative in problem-solving and manage tasks independently, delivering results efficiently.

• GIT Repository: Experience using GIT for code versioning, including branching, merging, and conflict resolution.

Nice-to-have Skills

• Familiarity with .NET / C# for back-end development

• Familiarity with Docker for containerizing and running applications in development environments.

• Familiarity with command-line interfaces (CLI) and bash scripting for tasks such as running scripts, managing dependencies, and interacting with development tools and services.
