Full description

The Manager – Epic Business Intelligence is responsible for the leadership, coordination, and oversight of Epic analytics, business intelligence, and data warehousing initiatives across the organization. This role ensures that Epic Cogito tools, including Caboodle, Clarity, Reporting Workbench, Radar, and SlicerDicer, are designed, implemented, and optimized to support organizational decision-making, operational excellence, quality improvement, regulatory reporting, and strategic initiatives. The Manager leads Business Intelligence Developers and ETL Developers and serves as a key liaison between clinical, operational, financial, and technical stakeholders. The role bridges enterprise data strategy and analytics delivery by translating business requirements into reporting, dashboard, self-service analytics, and data integration solutions while ensuring data integrity, performance, and scalability.
