Where You'll Make a Difference

  • Lead, coach, and develop the Engineering team.
  • Manage CAPEX and OPEX project portfolios from planning through commissioning.
  • Provide technical leadership and support engineering decision-making.
  • Drive continuous improvement, innovation, and asset optimization initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety requirements, and regulatory obligations.
  • Lead risk assessments, Management of Change (MOC), and process safety activities.
  • Develop site engineering strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Maintenance, Quality, EHS, Procurement, Finance, and external partners to deliver sustainable business results.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Proven leadership experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
  • Strong project management and capital investment experience.
  • Solid understanding of engineering standards, process safety, and regulatory compliance.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.

How Would You Stand Out?

  • Experience in food ingredients, chemicals, flavors & fragrances, or process manufacturing.
  • PMP or Professional Engineering certification.
  • Experience leading automation, digitalization, or sustainability projects.
