The Senior Finance Manager - Data Engineer will play a critical role in operating, maintaining, and evolving the enterprise performance management (EPM) ecosystem, including HFM, Essbase, and the ongoing OneStream deployment. This role blends platform administration, data engineering, integration stewardship, business process support, and technical development to ensure our financial close, reporting, and forecasting environments remain reliable, scalable, and high‑performing.
This position is ideal for an experienced EPM technologist who thrives in complex financial system landscapes and enjoys partnering closely with Accounting, FP&A, and Finance Transformation teams.

Key Responsibilities
Operate & Maintain
- Administer and monitor HFM/Essbase platforms, security, metadata, and integrations
- Run and troubleshoot financial data loads, pipelines, mappings, and validations
- Maintain stable DEV/TEST/PROD environments and user readiness
- Support close processes, consolidations, CXO reporting, and period‑open/close activities
- Ensure compliance with SOX, audit, documentation, and governance standards
Development & Enhancement
- Design and optimize HFM metadata, consolidation rules, and Essbase cubes
- Build dashboards, reports, analytics content, and automation as applicable
- Deliver enhancements for reorganizations, reporting changes, ERP/MDM integrations
- Support new capabilities for OneStream and cloud‑based EPM modernization
- Drive innovation in predictive planning, ML forecasting, and CXO visualization

Required
- 7+ years working with HFM, Essbase, FDMEE, or equivalent EPM platforms
- Experience supporting financial close, consolidation, and reporting processes
- Solid understanding of financial statements, accounting processes, and FP&A workflows
Preferred
- OneStream experience (implementation or administration)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP S/4, ECC, or similar)
- Strong cross-functional communication and ability to partner with Finance leaders
