Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of the central CRM platform initiative, from current-state assessment to implementation and optimisation
- Review existing systems, platforms, and data flows to identify gaps, redundancies, and integration opportunities
- Define and drive the CRM roadmap, ensuring standardised data structures, workflows, and scalable architecture
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions within Microsoft Dynamics
- Oversee system integration, working with Group IT and vendors to connect CRM with enterprise platforms
- Drive data migration, cleansing, and governance to ensure high-quality, analytics-ready lifecycle data
- Lead automation and workflow design to improve efficiency and enhance customer journey management
- Manage project delivery (timeline, risks, testing, and stakeholder engagement), including hands-on involvement in solutioning and UAT
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business or related field
- Minimum 5 to 8 years of experience in project management, preferably in CRM transformation or system implementation projects
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM, in configurations, workflows, integrations and testing
- Strong understanding of data architecture, data governance, and lifecycle management in CRM environments
- Experience in system integration (APIs, middleware, or similar) and working with technical teams/vendors
- Strong problem-solving and solutioning skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical requirements
- Familiarity with automation tools, reporting dashboards (e.g., Power BI), and analytics-driven decision frameworks is a plus
- Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
