(Senior) Data Scientist (m/f/d)

What we look for:

• You own data science and applied machine learning workstreams from problem discovery and experimentation through production implementation and measurable business impact.
• You work directly with client stakeholders and domain experts to decompose ambiguous business challenges, define success measures, and identify the simplest effective analytical approach.
• You build, validate, and deploy predictive, optimization, classification, and advanced analytics solutions using robust statistical and machine learning methods.
• You design evaluation frameworks that connect model performance with operational usability, risk, cost, and business outcomes.
• You collaborate with data engineers, AI engineers, software teams, and users to embed models into real workflows and iterate based on production feedback.
• You communicate assumptions, limitations, trade-offs, and recommendations clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• You turn project learnings into reusable analytical assets, methodologies, and delivery standards and support the development of less experienced colleagues.

What we require:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
• You have 2–6 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics, including exposure to Generative AI.
• You have strong programming skills in Python and are familiar with ML and LLM frameworks such as Scikit-learn, LangChain, or Hugging Face.
• You have a solid understanding of machine learning techniques and Generative AI use cases.
• You are able to work in client-facing environments and communicate complex topics clearly.
• You are fluent in English; additional local language skills are a plus.
