Job Description:
The proposed Salesforce UI/UX Designer must have a minimum of two (2) years of full-time experience using the Salesforce Lightning Design System (SLDS) and hold a current Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer certification. The candidate must have completed at least one (1) full lifecycle, end-to-end Salesforce implementation that included normalizing approximately 200 user flows into consistent, reusable UI patterns. The candidate must also have completed at least two (2) full lifecycle projects involving the creation, maintenance, and governance of an enterprise Design System used by multiple independent development teams. Additionally, the candidate must hold either the IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) or the Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification.
MUST HAVE Qualifications:
1. 2+ (min two) years of full-time experience with Salesforce Lightning Design System 2 (SLDS 2)
2. Must have one (1) fully implemented - all phases, end-to-end project - experience normalizing ~200 flows into consistent UI patterns 3. Salesforce Certification - Salesforce Certified User Experience (UX) Designer
4. Design System Governance - Must have two (2) fully implemented - all phases, end-to-end projects - experiences in creating, maintaining, and governing a Design System used by multiple independent development teams simultaneously.
5. Accessibility Certification - must have either (A) IAAP Certified Professional in Accessibility Core Competencies (CPACC) professional Certification or (B) Web Accessibility Specialist (WAS) certification
