We are looking for a key NVIDIA Infrastructure Specialists team member who will serve as a Senior Service Delivery Manager and have a background in project delivery in data center environments. In this role, you will handle the project through the project lifecycle from aspiration to production!
What you will be doing:
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with all collaborators
- Understand the high and low-level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions
- Ensure that company requirements are produced to standard promptly.
- Develop & present comprehensive technical solutions to customers
- Communicate and hold conference calls with internal teams, customers, and partners
- Lead complex installations, Report and advance all observed problems to proper operational partner concern points
- Handle the communication of project changes and release notices to customers
- Document technical and operational procedures clearly and concisely
- Be willing to work irregular hours as required
What we need to see:
- BS/MS Engineering or Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- 7+ years of experience in project delivery management
- Minimum five years of experience in providing field services and/or customer support for hardware & software products
- In-depth knowledge of data center environments, servers, and network equipment.
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work directly with customers
- Supreme leadership skills across broad and diverse functional teams
- Superb communication and presentation/oral skills
- Strong social skills and ability to prioritize/multi-task easily with limited supervision
- Experience leading global projects.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience with AI and GPU infrastructure Deployment
- PMP Certification
- HPC Clustering or Data-Center technologies

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 168,000 USD - 258,750 USD for Level 4, and 200,000 USD - 322,000 USD for Level 5.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.
