Manager – Strategy

Role Summary

The Manager – Strategy will drive strategic initiatives, digital transformation, and operational excellence to support business growth and organizational objectives. The role requires translating strategy into actionable plans, leading cross-functional projects, and delivering measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning

  • Develop and execute strategic and operational plans aligned with business goals.
  • Analyze market trends, identify growth opportunities, and recommend strategic actions.
  • Build alignment and engagement among internal and external stakeholders for key initiatives.

Project Management

  • Lead projects from concept through implementation, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Track project performance using KPIs, ROI, and other business metrics.
  • Identify risks and implement mitigation plans to ensure project success.

Digital Transformation

  • Drive digital initiatives to improve engagement with healthcare professionals, patients, and field teams.
  • Implement technology-enabled solutions that enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.
  • Monitor emerging digital trends and integrate relevant best practices into the organization.

Operational Excellence & Stakeholder Management

  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and overall cost effectiveness.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and stakeholders through strategic programs.

Performance Tracking

  • Measure project impact and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
