Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Analyst, Product Insights to support the Entertainment product portfolio. This role sits at the intersection of product, content, and financial performance, with a mandate to translate customer behavior, content consumption, and commercial signals into clear, actionable recommendations that improve product outcomes and P&L performance.
The role moves beyond reporting. It focuses on identifying growth opportunities, diagnosing performance drivers, and shaping product and packaging decisions through advanced analysis and emerging AI capabilities. The ideal candidate combines structured problem solving, strong business acumen, and hands-on data capability, with an increasing focus on leveraging AI to accelerate insight generation and decision-making.
What you'll do:
Product Insight & Performance Strategy
- Analyze customer behavior and product engagement across linear, streaming, and emerging formats
- Identify drivers of acquisition, retention, and monetization and translate into product recommendations
- Evaluate product and packaging performance, including the impact of content and streaming integrations
- Develop clear narratives that connect customer trends to business impact
P&L and Business Performance Optimization
- Assess product-level economics, including cost-to-value relationships
- Provide data-driven recommendations to optimize product profitability and portfolio performance
- Support business case development for new product features, and partnerships
- Monitor and track financial outcomes vs. plan, identifying risks and opportunities early
AI-Enabled Insights & Decisioning
- Leverage AI tools and techniques to accelerate insight generation, pattern detection, and forecasting
- Contribute to the development of AI-driven agents or workflows that automate recurring analysis and improve decision velocity
- Apply AI to synthesize large, complex datasets into simplified executive-ready insights
- Continuously identify opportunities to embed AI into product and analytics workflows
Data Product & Tooling Development
- Partner with Data Engineering and Product teams to define scalable insight frameworks and data models
- Build and evolve self-serve tools, dashboards, and performance trackers aligned to business priorities
- Establish standardized KPIs and measurement frameworks across the Entertainment portfolio
- Ensure frictionless access to insights for product, content, and leadership teams
Strategic Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Marketing, and CBM teams
- Influence decision-making through clear, structured communication and executive-level storytelling
- Support negotiations and strategic initiatives with fact-based insights and scenario analysis
What You Bring
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills, with ability to translate data into business insights
- Experience working with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Proven ability to connect customer behavior to financial outcomes and product decisions
- Ability to operate in ambiguity and prioritize highest-impact opportunities
- Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
- Experience leveraging AI tools to enhance analysis and insight generation
- Exposure to building or contributing to AI agents, workflows, or intelligent dashboards is a strong asset
- Familiarity with experimentation, forecasting, or predictive modeling is preferred
- Understanding of media, entertainment, and streaming ecosystems
- Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis and business case development
- Ability to synthesize content, product, and commercial dynamics into coherent insights
- Highly self-directed and outcome-oriented
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and clarity
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-evolving environment
