Explore our latest job opening for Senior Service Delivery Manager (SDM) for MDM who is responsible for end-to-end service delivery, operations and continuous improvement of Master Data Management (MDM). The SDM owns the service lifecycle from Inception to Build through Run. This role ensures platform stability, data integrity and data quality while driving governance, vendor management, and roadmap execution.

What will you be doing?

  • Your will contribute, and Lead and handle the full lifecycle of MDM projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget across global regions.
  • Role serves as the primary interface between business stakeholders, data governance, IT, and external partners to ensure the MDM platform supports business growth, digital transformation, and data-driven decision-making. This role is also expected to prepare for our strategic ERP transition to SAP S/4HANA.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocations, and risk management strategies, to drive project execution and achieve project objectives across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Collaborate with multi-functional teams to define requirements and design solutions that meet global business needs and improve data management capabilities, with a focus on simplifying sophisticated processes and articulate design of data architecture that is balanced and scalable.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to globally dispersed teams, encouraging a collaborative and high-performance work environment that promotes effective communication and detailed coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) regulations, effective IT General Controls and GXP validation requirements are met. Improve customer matching processes and accuracy in collaboration with functional teams. Improve data availability for Tenders Management with speed and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with Business and Functional area leadership to improve the quality and value of core data assets. Act as main point of contact for collaborators, leading communication and expectations globally and ensuring aligned global project goals and priorities.
  • Conduct regular project status meetings with teams, prepare progress reports, and facilitate cross-regional collaboration to ensure transparency and alignment with global project objectives. Work closely with MDM team to influence decisions for new technologies.
  • Influence the sustaining operating model for data governance within the organization by serving as a key doer in defining roles and responsibilities for business as data stewards, Global Business Services (GBS) as data custodians, and IT as systems and technical services, ensuring effective collaboration and alignment in handling and governing master data.

What will you need to be successful?

  • Education: Bachelor's or equivalent experience or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Experience: 10+ years in data platforms, MDM, or enterprise applications. 5+ years in a service delivery, platform owner, or product owner role.
  • Good understanding of MDM concepts, data models, data architecture, data privacy, GDSN, UDP, and standard processes globally.
  • Keen understanding of IT Internal Controls and ability to comprehend and respond to internal and external auditors. Knowledge of data governance practices, regulatory requirements, and emerging trends.
  • Experience with MDM tools (Win-shuttle, Syndigo, Informatica MDM) or equivalent platforms, and familiarity with global implementation challenges.
  • Excellent leadership and customer management skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers in a global context.
  • Familiarity with agile project management methodologies, with experience in adapting these methodologies to accommodate the needs of global project teams.
  • Familiarity with external data sets; such as, IQVIA One Key, GPO rosters, etc.
  • Proficient in customer matching process, Customer & Product hierarchies, and data reconciliation.
  • Good communication, collaboration, and relationship building and collaborator engagement skills.
