About The Role

MemryX is seeking a Product Program Manager to help plan and coordinate the development of new AI inference products. Based in our Riyadh office, this role is ideal for a highly organized, technically curious individual who is eager to build a career in semiconductor product development and program management.

You will work across engineering, software, operations, supply chain, quality, applications, product, sales, and marketing to translate product objectives into integrated schedules, track milestones and dependencies, and keep teams aligned from initial requirements through official release.

The successful candidate will bring structure, follow-through, and clear communication to product programs while learning MemryX technology, development processes, and global ways of working.

What You'll Do:

  • Product Planning & Scheduling
  • Build and maintain integrated development schedules for new chips, modules, accelerator cards, reference platforms, software deliverables, and related product releases.
  • Translate program objectives into milestones, deliverables, owners, dependencies, decision points, and target dates.
  • Track progress against plan, identify schedule gaps or conflicts, and escalate risks early with clear options and recommended next steps.
  • Support scenario planning when priorities, resources, technical results, supplier dates, or customer requirements change.
  • Cross-Functional Program Coordination
  • Coordinate recurring program reviews and working sessions across teams in Riyadh, Taiwan, and the United States.
  • Prepare agendas, document decisions, maintain action and risk logs, and follow up with owners to drive timely closure.
  • Connect hardware, software, validation, compliance, manufacturing, documentation, packaging, and launch-readiness activities in one clear program view.
  • Help teams surface interdependencies and resolve blockers by bringing the right people and information together.
  • Program Visibility & Continuous Improvement
  • Create concise weekly status updates that communicate schedule, completed milestones, upcoming decisions, risks, and required support.
  • Maintain accurate program records, including schedules, meeting notes, decisions, change history, and readiness checklists.
  • Develop simple dashboards and metrics for milestone completion, schedule health, open actions, and launch readiness.
  • Improve planning templates and program-management practices as MemryX expands its product portfolio.

What We Expect to See:

  • Bachelor’s degree completed recently, or expected soon, in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering Management, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Strong organization and follow-through, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, dates, dependencies, and stakeholders.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Comfort working with spreadsheets, presentations, project schedules, and collaboration tools; willingness to learn new program management systems quickly.
  • Basic understanding of product development or engineering processes gained through coursework, a capstone project, internship, co-op, student organization, or personal project.
  • Analytical thinking and the confidence to ask questions, clarify ownership, and raise schedule risks constructively.
  • Ability to work effectively with globally distributed teams and occasionally accommodate meetings across time zones.

What We Would Be Happy to See:

  • Internship, co-op, capstone, or project experience in semiconductors, electronics, embedded systems, AI, software, manufacturing, or another technical field.
  • Exposure to project-planning methods, schedules, Gantt charts, critical paths, risk tracking, or Agile development practices.
  • Familiarity with semiconductor or electronics product-development stages, including design, prototype builds, validation, qualification, manufacturing readiness, and launch.
  • Experience coordinating a multidisciplinary university project, engineering team, competition, event, or student organization.
  • Interest in AI inference, edge computing, semiconductor technology, and building efficient systems that reach real-world deployment.
