We are looking for an expert and committed IT System Administrator to oversee, develop and maintain our company’s IT systems.
To be successful, you are highly knowledgeable in Azure cloud infrastructure, cyber security, Identity Access Management, application administration, and automation. You will manage and ensure efficient, secure operation of our Information Systems.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage and ensure the efficient operation of our Microsoft Windows and Linux servers, network, hardware and software systems, including extensive oversight of our Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT systems issues, including network configurations, server performance, and cloud resources.
- Provide first, second- and third-level IT support to employees, ensuring prompt and effective resolution of technical issues.
- Manage and administer Microsoft Entra ID to ensure compliance with security, identity, and governance standards.
- Collaborate with IT teams to design, deploy and upgrade Azure cloud solutions that meet company’s operational needs.
- Document, manage, maintain and improve the Azure cloud architecture and IT processes.
- Implement and oversee security protocols to protect company data and ensure compliance.
- Participate in IT-related projects as required and maintain up‑to‑date IT documentation.
Work Experience and Education requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent, 5 to 7 years of experience.
- Proven experience in similar position.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Windows Server, and Microsoft 365; certification a plus.
- Strong background in cybersecurity, ensuring the highest levels of protection across the organization.
- High proficiency on IAM (Identify Access Management) platforms.
- Proven experience in creating scripts in Python or PowerShell to automate repetitive operations.
- Knowledgeable with Jira and Confluence Atlassian solutions.
- Knowledgeable with Google Workspace.
- At ease with Generative AI tools (including prompt engineering, AI-assisted debugging).
- Familiar with Database administration (MS-SQL).
- Familiar with cloud business applications (CRM, ERP), Box for support and user administration
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities required:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize a diverse workload.

- Fluent in English and good level of French is mandatory.
- Effective written and oral communication skills
