POSITION SUMMARY

The Product and Field Operations Manager ensures all aspects of LSI’s existing product support projects and services are carried out under our quality guidelines and in conformance to our specifications and procedures.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensures all aspects of LSI’s existing product support projects and services are carried out under our quality guidelines and in conformance to our specifications and procedures
  • Acts as single point of contact for internal and external inquiries regarding existing products
  • Leads the Installation Services Team, providing direction and coaching to Installation Service Manager and Installation Services Program Manager
  • Leads the Continuation Engineering team, providing direction and coaching to Lead Continuation Engineer
  • Provides technical insight into installation or planning questions such as footing details or other structural concerns
  • Authors reports, memos, etc. as needed to installers and customers in support of product lines or specific customer projects
  • Balances resources as necessary across teams
  • Prioritizes projects based on needs and resources available

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership and team building skills with 3-5 years of supervisory experience.
  • Ability to analyze, problem-solve, and make decisions based on experience and independent judgment, often with limited information and time.
  • Experience with product design/engineering and product lifecycle management
  • Good mechanical mindset, with ability to read and interpret drawing and blueprints.
  • Good understanding of safe work practices in a construction environment.
  • Desire to learn and continuously improve.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

The starting target salary range is $120,000 - $140,000, depending upon qualifications and experience. The posted pay range reflects the expected compensation for a fully qualified candidate. Starting pay may be above or below this range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, and training needs.

In addition to base salary, the compensation package also includes eligibility for a profit-sharing opportunity.
