What You'll Do

As an Engineer on our Enterprise CRM Platform team, you will have the opportunity to advance a key platform capability as we dive deep into the interworking of our widely used email channel. We are looking to optimize the email experience, keeping in alignment with compliance guidelines while managing risk. The capabilities supported by our platform team are essential in enabling the experiences of our customers and community. Who You Are

We are looking for someone with:

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preference in a computer science, technology, or engineering field)
  • 2+ years of Salesforce experience (Admin or Developer) is required.
  • Planning, problem solving, analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong technical aptitude – ability to collaborate with stakeholders and IT partners.

Additional preferred skills/experience such as

  • Salesforce development (Apex/Lightning)
  • Salesforce Email Management
  • Familiarity with Agile methodology, Atlassian products (Confluence, JIRA…), and delivery through proven practices
  • Experience working in a shared Salesforce environment.

Salary Range Information

Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. Salary Range (Non-Exempt expressed as hourly; Exempt expressed as yearly)

$69300 - $126000 / year Salary Details

The following locations are examples of market-specific salary ranges across different geographies.

  • Wichita, KS: $69,300 - $94,500 / year
  • Des Moines, IA: $77,000 - $105,000 / year
  • Charlotte, NC: $77,000 - $105,000 / year
  • Chicago/Minneapolis: $84,700 - $115,500 / year
  • Los Angeles/New York City: $92,400- $126,000 / year

Time Off Program

Flexible Time Off (FTO) is provided to salaried (exempt) employees and provides the opportunity to take time away from the office with pay for vacation, personal or short-term illness. Employees don’t accrue a bank of time off under FTO and there is no set number of days provided. Pension Eligible

Yes Work Environments

This role offers in-office, hybrid (blending at least three office days in a typical workweek), and remote work arrangements (only if residing more than 30 miles from Des Moines, IA, or Charlotte, NC). You’ll work with your leader to figure out which option may align best based on several factors.
