Key Responsibilities• Provide expert-level support for cybersecurity software and security protocols to Italian-speaking enterprise clients.

• Communicate complex technical cybersecurity information clearly to non-technical users in native-level Italian.
• Collaborate with internal security engineering teams to resolve escalated incidents efficiently.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity trends to provide proactive advisory services to our user base.
• Ensure compliance with international data protection and privacy standards throughout all customer support touchpoints.

• Native or fluent Italian (spoken and written).
• Valid EU passport (mandatory).
• Prior experience or a strong educational background in IT, customer support, or the cybersecurity industry.
• Excellent analytical skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving in a digital environment.
• Strong proficiency in English to collaborate with our diverse international team in Athens.
