Responsibilities: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for acting as software detectives, providing a dynamic service by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. You are expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert. Active participation and contribution in team discussions are required, along with providing solutions to work-related problems. Expert proficiency in Spring Boot is required. Expert proficiency in JavaScript is recommended. Advanced proficiency in Angular and Oracle Applications DBA is suggested. Analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues to ensure system reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance system functionality and user experience. Document findings and solutions to create a knowledge base for future reference. Proactively identify areas for improvement within existing systems and processes. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to bring innovative solutions to the team.
