About team:

You’ll be joining a small product team inside Gismart building a new direction in the wellness space. Right now that’s a creative producer, a motion designer, a product designer, a PMM, two UA managers and a product manager — everyone works in one loop, with no hand-offs between departments and no long approval chains. First tests are already running: a hypothesis, a creative and a live launch can all happen within the same week, and decisions get made where the idea comes from. We’re starting from a blank page, so there’s a lot of room ahead — for the product and for the people growing it.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with key stakeholders (product managers, marketers) to identify needs and shape the analytics strategy.
  • Translate stakeholders’ business questions into concrete metrics and analytical tasks; deliver decisions, not raw numbers.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and key metrics to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Build and validate LTV predictions for the web funnel, including early/predicted LTV on short cohort history.
  • Design event taxonomy and Amplitude dashboards for specific PMM, PM, and UAM requests.
  • Analyze the web funnel: diagnose drop-offs between steps, assess the impact of changes on conversion and monetization.
  • Compute product unit economics: ARPU, retention, payback, and ROAS tied to UA data.

Requirements:

  • 1.5+ years as a Product Analyst
  • Strong SQL: cohort analysis, retention, revenue aggregations.
  • Hands-on LTV/pLTV experience: understands the methods (cohort extrapolation, survival, ML regression), their limitations with small data, and how to validate predictions.
  • Amplitude: dashboard building, event taxonomy.
  • Understanding of mobile/web subscription-product metrics and UA logic (CPI, ROAS, ARPU, payback).
  • A/B testing methodology.
  • Hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills to convey analysis results clearly and compellingly.

Would be a plus:

  • Python skills (pandas, data visualization, statistics) for data manipulation and analysis.
  • Experience with MMP data (AppsFlyer/Adjust).
  • Hands-on experience with subscription products.
  • Data engineering.
  • Direct experience working with a UA team.
