About the job

We are hiring an AI Project Manager. You'll help carry AI product into the business, working across a diverse set of stakeholders to drive real adoption. This is a project manager or change manager, hands-on role on a contract based in Thailand. (open to foreign nationals based in Thailand)

In this role, you will get to:

  • Support the internal roll-out of a conversational, agentic AI project, helping manage the plan, timelines, and delivery of adoption across the organization.
  • Work closely with the internal product owner and technical team as a hands-on delivery partner embedded in the work, not a separate workstream.
  • Map and assess a diverse stakeholder landscape across functions and markets, and help coordinate engagement across them.
  • Co-facilitate discovery workshops to capture, prioritize, and categorize use cases — separating common cross-market needs from market- or division-specific ones.
  • Act as a bridge between business and technology: translate business questions into what the tool can deliver, and help manage expectations on both sides.
  • Contribute to the creation of training materials, communication assets, and enablement plans that move users from awareness to active use.
  • Help manage the L1 support and feedback loop, prioritizing improvements and tracking adoption metrics.
  • Support system access control and governance as the product scales across markets.
  • Help manage risk, resistance, and dependencies, keeping stakeholders aligned and moving.

You’ll be successful if you have:

  • At least 3 years of project management or change management experience, ideally including technology or product roll-outs in enterprise environments.
  • Exposure to AI / GenAI adoption or closely adjacent technology adoption within organizations.
  • Ability to manage and align a diverse range of stakeholders across functions, seniority levels, and markets.
  • Solid facilitation, business analysis, communication, documentation, and training skills.
  • Working knowledge of change management practices alongside delivery management.
  • Fluent in English (working proficiency in Thai is a plus).
  • Eligible to work in Thailand (open to foreign nationals based in Thailand)
  • Experience in luxury retail or retail is a plus
