After Hours Pediatrics provides after-hours urgent care for children, delivering accessible pediatric services through board-certified pediatricians and on-site lab and X-ray capabilities. As a growing medical practice, the organization is focused on helping families get timely care when they need it most while supporting operational excellence across its clinical environment.
This Project Manager role is an opportunity to help drive initiatives that support coordination, efficiency, and execution across the business. You will work across departments to keep priorities aligned, bring structure to complex work, and help teams move projects forward with clear communication and accountability.
Responsibilities• Lead cross-functional projects from planning through execution and delivery.
- Develop project timelines, milestones, and resource plans across departments.
- Track budgets, risks, and dependencies to keep initiatives on schedule.
- Coordinate stakeholder communication and provide regular project status updates.
- Improve project processes to increase efficiency and team accountability.
Required Qualifications• Experience in healthcare or medical practice environments.
- Experience with Six Sigma.
- PMP certification.
- Availability during Eastern Time business hours.
Preferred Qualifications• 3+ years of experience managing cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Experience building project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Monday.com, Jira, or Smartsheet.
- Experience communicating project status updates to stakeholders.
