At the core of the role

We are actively seeking a Senior DevOps / Cloud Engineer to strengthen our engineering team dedicated to driving enterprise-scale cloud transformation and modernization for telecommunications. Your primary responsibility will involve designing, building, and optimizing robust CI/CD pipelines, managing cloud infrastructure as code (IaC), and implementing GitOps, observability, and event-driven architectures to ensure high availability and scalability. In your role, you'll become a vital member of a cross-functional team of skilled professionals, including Cloud Architects, Software Engineers, Systems Administrators, and Security Specialists, working together in an agile, high-impact environment to deliver secure, resilient, and continuous production releases.

Core skills you’ll bring

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience as a DevOps / Cloud Engineer in enterprise environments, with proven proficiency in scripting (Shell, Python) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Extensive AWS Cloud expertise across core and serverless services, including CloudFront, Lambda, RDS, Aurora, API Gateway, Amplify, ALB/NLB, Route 53, DocumentDB, ElastiCache, S3, and CloudWatch.
  • Containerization & Orchestration mastery utilizing Docker, OpenShift, EC2, and Kubernetes platforms (ECS/EKS).
  • Solid CI/CD & GitOps experience building end-to-end delivery pipelines with GitLab or Bitbucket, paired with deployment automation tools such as ArgoCD, FluxCD, and Helm Charts.
  • Observability & Log Management background implementing centralized monitoring and alerting with tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, or Grafana, alongside log stacks such as Logstash, FluentD, Splunk, Sumo Logic, or Graylog.
  • Event-Driven Architectures knowledge designing and operating messaging and queuing services including AWS SQS, SNS, and Apache Kafka.

Nice-to-have

  • Cloud Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate/Professional or AWS Certified DevOps Engineer.
  • Kubernetes Certifications like CKA (Certified Kubernetes Administrator) or CKAD.
  • Security & Compliance exposure with DevSecOps practices, SAST/DAST integration, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., PCI-DSS, BCRA).

  • Accelerate Delivery & Automation: Implement robust CI/CD and automation processes to build, test, and deploy applications seamlessly across multiple environments.
  • Enforce DevOps Standards & Quality: Design processes, templates, and infrastructure scripts that serve as a technical gatekeeper for release management and version control.
  • Drive Reliability & Risk Mitigation: Collaborate closely with IT and Security teams to mitigate operational risks, ensure compliance, and maintain continuous monitoring and measurement of production systems
