Job Title: Technical Lead – Java
Location: Gurgaon (Hybrid) Experience: 8–14 Years
About the Role
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Lead – Java to lead the design and development of scalable, cloud-native applications. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Java, distributed systems, microservices, and cloud technologies, along with the ability to mentor engineering teams and drive technical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture, design, and development of enterprise-grade applications using Java and Spring Boot.
- Design and build scalable microservices and distributed systems capable of handling high transaction volumes.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Architects, and Business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Mentor and guide engineering teams through design reviews, code reviews, and technical discussions.
- Design and develop REST APIs with a focus on performance, scalability, and security.
- Build event-driven applications using Kafka or similar messaging platforms.
- Develop cloud-native applications on AWS and implement best practices for scalability and reliability.
- Optimize application performance through caching, concurrency, JVM tuning, and database optimization.
- Drive engineering best practices, including clean code, SOLID principles, design patterns, TDD, and automated testing.
- Participate in system design, architecture reviews, production support, and technical roadmap planning.
- Work closely with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.

Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or a related field.
- 8–14 years of hands-on software development experience.
- Strong experience building and delivering large-scale distributed applications in production.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
