Delivery Lead@ HRM

The resource will join a large-scale international transformation program based on the Salesforce ecosystem and will act as the Delivery Lead across multiple workstreams. The role involves coordinating initiatives covering Loyalty, CRM, Order Management Systems and e-Commerce, ensuring alignment between business objectives, delivery plans and technical execution. The figure will work with multiple Stream Leads and Scrum Teams, governing both platform evolution and implementation activities in a complex environment that combines greenfield initiatives and existing platform evolution. The Delivery Lead will drive pilot activities, rollout planning and delivery execution, ensuring effective collaboration across international teams and stakeholders.

We are looking for professionals who are ready to make their skills available and explore new contexts or stimulating projects, or eager to deepen different areas of responsibility. If that's you, you'll be a key piece to our success thanks to:

• Proven experience as Delivery Manager or Delivery Lead in complex enterprise environments

• Strong experience managing multi-stream transformation projects

• Solid knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem

• Experience coordinating multiple functional and technical teams simultaneously

• Experience managing projects involving: CRM, Loyalty programs, Order Management Systems, e-Commerce platforms

• Experience managing both greenfield and brownfield initiatives

• Experience in pilot planning, rollout management and large-scale platform implementations

• Experience working within Agile Scrum environments

• Strong understanding of software delivery lifecycle and platform evolution initiatives

• Business fluent English, written and spoken (C1 level)

• Availability to work on-site in Milan (city center area) at least 2 days per week
