Requirements
- 6+ years of deep, production-grade Ruby on Rails experience - advanced framework concepts,
background jobs (Sidekiq/Redis), design patterns, and best practices
- Hands-on experience with Claude Code (Anthropic) for AI-assisted code generation, debugging, code
review, and documentation - this is a core part of how we build at Techjays
- Strong React development skills - hooks, component architecture, state management, and responsive UI
from wireframe to production
- Expert-level PostgreSQL/MySQL proficiency - schema design, query optimisation, indexing, and
performance tuning
- Proven experience designing and implementing RESTful and GraphQL APIs at scale for enterprise clients
Benefits
Mode : Remote but the candidates should be from South India and willing to travel to Chennai/Coimbatore office for project requirements once or twice in quarter.
CTC: 20-25Lpa
NP: 0-30 days
