This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Product Manager - Group based in the United States.

This role leads the strategy, development, and lifecycle management of innovative pre-payment healthcare solutions. You will translate market trends, customer needs, and business priorities into a clear and actionable product vision. Working closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer support, you will guide products from concept through launch and continuous improvement. The position combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving healthcare technology environment. You will help develop solutions that improve payment accuracy, reduce healthcare waste, and create measurable value for payers, providers, and patients. The role offers significant ownership over product roadmaps, feature priorities, customer insights, and product performance. Accountabilities:

  • Define and execute product strategy for pre-payment solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives, customer needs, and evolving market conditions.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends, emerging opportunities, customer needs, and potential threats within healthcare payment integrity.
  • Develop and maintain a prioritized product roadmap based on customer feedback, market requirements, business priorities, and available resources.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize product and customer requirements, translating them into clear and actionable feature definitions and specifications.
  • Manage the complete product lifecycle from concept and discovery through development, launch, adoption, and continuous optimization.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support to coordinate product development and successful go-to-market execution.
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer challenges through direct engagement, surveys, research, and data analysis, using these insights to guide product decisions.
  • Identify product risks and potential delivery issues early, collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective mitigation strategies.
  • Ensure products meet applicable healthcare regulations and security requirements, including standards such as HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
  • Establish and monitor key product performance indicators, using data to evaluate outcomes, optimize performance, and improve the customer experience.
  • Act as a product evangelist internally and externally, helping sales, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders clearly communicate product positioning, benefits, and target customers.
  • Balance strategic product planning with tactical execution to ensure customer satisfaction, business growth, and successful delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 8+ years of professional experience in Product Management.
  • At least 3 years of experience working within the healthcare industry.
  • Strong ability to translate market research, customer feedback, business objectives, and data into product strategies and actionable roadmaps.
  • Demonstrated experience managing products across the full lifecycle, from product vision and requirements definition through development, launch, measurement, and optimization.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with engineering, design, sales, marketing, customer support, and other stakeholders.
  • Excellent strategic thinking and analytical capabilities, combined with a hands-on and execution-oriented approach.
  • Strong customer orientation and ability to understand complex healthcare customer needs and translate them into effective product solutions.
  • Working knowledge of healthcare compliance and security requirements, particularly HIPAA and PCI-DSS.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, prioritization, and risk management skills.
  • A Master’s degree in healthcare, technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Product Owner/Product Manager or Pragmatic Marketing certification is a plus.
  • Experience with healthcare payment integrity solutions is highly desirable.
