🌍 Why this role matters
At Aidn, we're building digital healthcare services that make collaboration between citizens, healthcare professionals, and municipalities simpler and more human.
The Navigator product area is responsible for how users experience Aidn from their first day to every day after: onboarding new municipalities, the landing page that helps users prioritize their work, and the navigation structure that ties the product together.
Navigator is in a critical phase. We've proven the model, by onboarding entire municipalities like Bodø and Øygarden with overwhelmingly positive results, and now we need to scale it to the rest of the municipalities we’ve already won, while strengthening the core surfaces users depend on daily.
As Senior Product Manager for Navigator, you'll balance two critical workstreams: scaling our onboarding system and improving the navigation surfaces that shape everyday workflows. This role exists to create focus, reduce ambiguity, and turn insight into meaningful outcomes.
This is an AI-native product role. We're looking for someone who doesn't just use AI to write documents, but comfortable building with it. We expect you to prototype real, working software with agentic tools, automate parts of your own workflow, and know where AI creates and doesn’t create genuine user value.
🔧 What you'll be working on
Over the next year, you'll focus on strengthening Navigator with clear direction, strong execution, and measurable impact. Some examples of what you'll take on:
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Team Navigator, grounded in user insights, municipal needs, and Aidn's overall strategy.
- Lead the product trio with engineering and design through modern discovery, prioritization, and delivery processes.
- Use AI tools systematically throughout your work: analyzing feedback at scale, prototyping concepts, generating insights from data, and accelerating delivery without compromising quality.
- Evolve our onboarding system to support municipalities at scale, including content management, training environments, and role-based experiences.
- Strengthen the landing page as a prioritization surface that helps users understand what needs attention.
- Improve consistency across shared navigation elements to reduce friction and support other product teams.
- Translate qualitative and quantitative insights into clear product priorities and well-defined requirements.
- Work closely with customer success and municipal stakeholders to ensure adoption and real-world value.
- Communicate product strategy, progress, and learnings clearly to stakeholders across the organization.
🤝 Who you are
We're looking for a Product Manager who thrives in complex environments with multiple workstreams and stakeholders. You're comfortable owning outcomes and navigating trade-offs between speed, quality, and impact.
You have:
- Real experience leveraging AI tools, by prototyping and building with AI, analyzing data with AI assistance, and systematically using AI to improve your effectiveness as a PM.
- 5+ years of experience leading product teams through modern discovery and delivery processes.
- Experience working with qualitative and quantitative insights, including user research and product metrics.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align designers, engineers, and non-product stakeholders.
- A structured, pragmatic approach to prioritization and execution.
- Fluent/professional Norwegian (C1+). Most of our users are Norwegian-speaking, and you'll be in regular contact with municipal staff and clinical professionals.
It's a plus if you've:
- Worked with onboarding or learning products, especially at scale or in regulated environments.
- Experience with platform work, navigation, or information architecture that serves multiple product areas.
- Shipped production AI features, including the evals and guardrails behind them.
- Worked in SaaS or high-paced product environments.
- Familiarity with healthcare, welfare services, or municipal systems.
💬 What success looks like
In 3 months:
- You understand Navigator, its users, and municipal workflows.
- You've established strong collaboration with the product trio and key stakeholders.
- You own the roadmap and have identified the most important opportunities.
In 6 months:
- You've delivered improvements that address real user or municipal needs.
- Ambiguity is reduced through clearer priorities, requirements, and processes.
- You can show measurable progress in adoption, satisfaction, or usage.
- Your AI-native way of working is visible in how the team discovers and delivers."
In 12 months:
- Navigator demonstrates clear, measurable impact for users and municipalities.
- Product delivery is predictable, effective, and aligned across teams.
- A clear long-term strategy and roadmap are understood and supported across the organization.
